I do discrete assignments in Company Search: I then contact companies with a mandate to investigate an acquisition process.

In recent years I have initiated and supervised various acquisition processes in various sectors: ICT, Trading, Engineering, Consultancy.

These assignments were part of:  diversification, market share expansion and especially synergies sought in technologies and customers acquired or integrated in this way.  Target companies were both mature companies as young companies/startups.

Such mandates quickly take 3 months - usually 6 months - 1 year before the takeover is complete.
